Thank you for you interest in vending at our 12th Annual Woofstock!

Woofstock has extremely humble beginnings growing from a simple idea: have a musical event where dogs were welcome. Weeks of planning were dedicated to it. The first year, everything was handmade, down to the t-shirts that the volunteers wore! It was a lot of work, and a lot of love went into it! The proceeds from our first Woofstock went to buy food and supplies for winter.

Ten years later, Woofstock continues to be the fundraiser which keeps our animals warm, fed, and fully vetted through the winter months. This highly anticipated event had over 300 attendees in 2023, and thanks to the unwavering support of our amazing community, we raised over $20,000 for the animals in our care.

This year brings us to the historic former Sherman’s Amusement Park property for a full day of music, art, and activities for the entire family! This incredible venue boasts 7.5 acres of open ground with stunning views of the lake and mountains!

We’re pleased to be able to offer vendor spaces so that our community can support our local entrepreneurs.

A loyal, animal-loving audience. While the shelter is small (yet mighty), we have a very dedicated community (16,000+ Facebook followers, 1,500+ Instagram followers, ~1000 Newsletter recipients) that likes to support the businesses that support Regional. Please allow us to introduce you to each other.

For attending Vendors and Food Trucks only

Woofbook menu insert – $25 (You provide menu/copy to every attendee)


1/4 page ad (5”x1.75”) – $25

1/2 page ad (5”x3.5”) – $50

Full page ad (5”x7.5) – $75

Event Expectations

All Vendors and Food Trucks must commit to the entire event.

Setup between 10:00am and 12:00pm, breakdown at 7:00pm

Tables, Tents, etc are not provided.

There is no electric available, Food vendors please plan to bring a generator if power is needed.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend Woofstock, your registration will be converted to a donation.

I want to be a vendor. What do I do?

Please submit a payment via check or secure, online payment and email any neccessary digital materials in png format to woofstock@fcrspca.org no later than August 16th, 2024.

If you choose to pay by check, we recommend that you submit your registration form via email to woofstock@fcrspca.org so that we can hold your position, as some of our vendor options are limited. For questions or assistance with vending, please reach out to our Woofstock event team at woofstock@fcrspca.org.
