Help-o-ween

Our friends at the Fulton County Y are holing their Halloween festivities a little differently this year!

Part of their #Togetherhood Initiative, Help-O-Ween will be a way to strengthen our connection to the community by offering an opportunity for families to give back to area charities and offer those charities an opportunity to engage with the community in a meaningful way.

How will Help-O-Ween work? Help-O-Ween is essentially drive-thru trick-or-treating with a charitable twist. YMCA staff will direct cars through the parking lot. Cars will stop at each charity station to drop off needed items as a donation to that charity and in return, charities will hand out candy to children and parents in each car.

Charities will make this meaningful and festive by getting dressed up and decorating their station! The public can cast their online vote for their favorite charity station display!
