Join FCRSPCA along with Sheriff Richard Giardino and animal cruelty experts Jonathan Schopf, Esq. of Schopf Law Firm and Libby Post, Executive Director of the New York State Animal Protection Federation as well as members of law enforcement from New York State Police, Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, and Gloversville Police Department as we identify what exactly Animal Cruelty is, discuss the laws and punishments, review actual case files and learn what we can do to help those victims who cannot speak for themselves!
